Smoking

Smoking is allowed outside the Inn or on the porches & balconies.

Children

The Inn is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Pets

No pets are allowed.

Minimum Stay

A two-night minimum is required for holidays, special events and for weekends in October. A 3-4 night minimum is required for the Gettysburg reenactments in July.

Arrival/Check-in & Check-out

Check in time is between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.. No check-ins are allowed after 9pm unless prior arrangements have been made. A $25 late arrival fee will be charged. As a courtesy to us, please call us at the inn to let us know what time we should expect you. Check out is by 11am. Later check-outs are subject to a $20 per hour fee.

Deposits

All reservations at the Inn are accepted on a guaranteed basis with a credit card number or by a one night deposit by check or by credit card.

For group reservations, a one-night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee the rooms. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Because we are a small facility cancellations affect us greatly. For cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date, a one night charge will be incurred unless the room can be rebooked. For cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date, full charges will be incurred unless the room can be rebooked for reservations of 2 or more nights. Advanced deposits will be refunded only if the room can be re-booked, less a $25 processing fee.
Gift certificate reservations: For cancellations within 10 days of the reservation date, rescheduling will be permitted only if the room can be re-booked.

For group reservations, a 30-day cancellation period applies. Advanced deposits are not refundable.

Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues, family emergencies or early departures for these or any other reason beyond our control. Refunds are at the Innkeeper’s discretion based upon re-rental of the room.
